Made with highly active manuka honey, New Zealand Kiwifruit, and other high quality natural ingredients. A highly moisturizing cream with the combined benefits of Active Manuka Honey 20+ and Kiwifruit. Active Manuka honey serves to control bacterial activity, moisturize and provide antioxidant activities through its unique composition of proteins, minerals and vitamins. Antioxidant functions are critical during sun exposure because rays from the sun and other forms of ultraviolet (UV) radiation can damage skin cells, resulting in a process known as photoageing. Sun and UV radiation exposure create oxidative damage in skin cells, increase the number and activity of pigment-producing cells, and decrease production of the elastic and collagen fibers that are responsible for maintaining suppleness and firmness. The cumulative result of these effects is photoaged skin, characterized by wrinkles, laxity, irregular coloring and appearance of brown spots, and a leathery quality. Research conducted at the NZ Institute for Plant and Food Research has determined that the New Zealand Kiwifruit has a high content of vitamins A, C and E, and the antioxidants flavonoids and carotenoids, all known to protect and repair damaged skin cells. The combination of manuka honey and kiwifruit provides cytoprotective activities and is thought to stimulate collagen and elastin production, thus protecting and improving photoaged skin. This research also indicates a positive modulation of the immune system by kiwifruit. Please note that this cream is not a sunblock. We recommend avoiding direct sun at peak hours and wearing protective clothing. | | | Features: | |

Great to have it back!May 27, 2010
By R. Sutcliffe Both my wife and I had been using this cream for a couple of years and loved it. We were very disappointed when it was discontinued and tried several other manuka honey creams, but were never as happy as we were with this product.
It helped my wife immensely with here acne, which has been troubling her for her entire life. It also helped my face with the constant whiteheads I was getting around my nose. It is an excellent cream that goes on smoothly, is easily absorbed and does not feel greasy. The natural ingredients and the active manuka honey are excellent for the skin.
I spent a lot of time looking for this type of cream originally for my wife, reading ingredients, purchasing different creams. This one is by far the best one we have ever used and we will begin buying it again.

The best manuka Honey Cream!!!!!Jun 16, 2010

I just had to write a review for this product (Active manuka honey day cream) because my husband and I had really good results....I had done hours of research regarding active Manuka honey for skin problems and needed a organic, safe product that my husband could use for his sensitive skin: redness, rashes and breakouts due to taking oral medication for his cancer. I purchased this product after reading reviews and scoured over the the list of ingredients, as well as being impressed that there was a loyal following for this product (a good sign)......well, it worked great on my husband and now I am using it too....it feels light, dewy on the skin not greasy and it is really soothing without stinging or a strong fragrance....if you have allergies like I do,anything even slightly will make you sneeze! suggestion...keeping in the fridge feels really nice and cool on the skin, especially in the summer time heat.

Love This StuffJun 11, 2011

Smells great! Not greasy feeling - does not leave my face greasy. I am in my late 40's and although I have not experienced any adult acne, I love this cream! It moisturizes my face very well, but does not leave it feeling greasy or overly treated. Being from Texas, it gets HOT and if you wear too heavy of a cream under your make-up, your face will melt off in a matter of minutes. This cream works great in the Texas heat and sun! Feels good - smells good - works well - and great ingredients (yes, I am an ingredient reader).
not for me..Aug 28, 2011
By Sonnet had an allergic reaction to the lotion, my skin is just so sensitive I knew I was taking a gamble. Its pretty thick in consistency and its smell reminds you of the fragrance of your older antique unmarried aunt.
I really was hoping that this did the trick
I like it very well ,Dec 31, 2010
By toto I like it very well , it makes my skin moist and soft ,If it can be natural 100 % ingredient in the fulture, I will give 5 star.
on a other hand, I am wondering if it can be sun block cream? Can I use it as sun cream when I stay outside in the summer ? it did not show.
