I purchased these products to combat my adult acne. I have found that the 100% Manuka Oil works very well. Each night, I put it on the areas of my face that break out. I have found that spots will either dry up or form a pustule. I believe that the oil is drawing the impurities up out of my pores. I have used it for about 2-3 weeks, and I am seeing a difference/lessening in the number of acne lesions. In the morning, I sometimes put some of the oil on individual spots that need attention. The oil has a strong smell that is somewhat off putting. My husband is not a fan of the odor..."What is that smell?", he has said more than once. It doesn't bother me and dissipates as it soaks into my skin.
I tried the Sterile Active 20+ on my face, but found that it didn't penetrate. It stayed on top of my skin, and my dog's hairs attached to it. I was a pretty funny sight the morning after using it, with dog hairs stuck on my cheeks. I've decided to use it as a wound dressing, and to apply it to particularly stubborn acne spots.

This works way better then any of the neosporin type stuff on the market and has a long shelf life. Can't go wrong.

It's expensive for what you get. Even if the quality of the honey is a UMF 20+, it's just basically manuka honey in a tube and not much of it
