I am 55 and have never stopped breaking out since I was a teen. I have tried almost everything on the market. I do not have positive responses to common acne treatment such as benzoyl peroxide and salisylic acid.
Recently I went to a spa that used products with manukah honey and I was impressed with them. After searching the net, I was just thrilled when I found this product. Not only does it have honey, but it also uses colloidal silver, which is a natural antibiotic that I take internally.
I am so pleased with this product! I have been using it about a month. I am not getting the infected pustules that I had been. I have had a few very large, old clogged pores open and the matter has come out cleanly with no skin damage. My color tone is more even and my skin is much smoother.
I would recommend this very highly for adult acne. It may be too "wet" for younger people with more oily skin, but I would still encourage anyone to try it who is not responding to more conventional treatment or who wants a more natural approach.

I am hesitant to write this because I don't want to jinx things, but oh well... here we go: I've been using this product for 2 weeks and have seen remarkable improvement in my skin. I'm 30 years old and have been dealing with acne since I was 10, so this is huge. I love the fact that it is so natural, it smells good and I can wear it during the day with no notice! I use this with the nightly renewal manuka product. Skin looks healthy and happy. :)

This is not a medicinal product, so the results are not dramatic, but it is a very gentle, soft, natural product which left my skin very soft (some OTC and prescription treatments dried my skin too much).
The product has a honey colored tint, which means you have to rub it in well to make sure your skin isn`t yellow when you wear it.
It also has a honey fragrance, which isn`t too bad, but my cats loved the smell and tried to rub up against my face, and then their fur got stuck in it too...
Overall it is a very gentle product, probably best for mild acne and spot treatment. I am originally from New Zealand, so buying something made in NZ is always my first choice.

I am truly amazed at the efficacy of this stuff. I am in my peri-menopausal years and have been beset by stubborn, painful bumps along my jawline and temples that were responding to nothing, particularly during PMS. I did not have this much acne in high school! Chalk it up to hormones. Anyhow, based on the excellent first review here of this cream, I sprang for a jar. It got here quickly and I just had some new bumps come up yesterday so I used this on them after my evening cleansing. Woke up this morning to find them significantly diminished and less painful. I can't wait to see the results after several more uses!
It seems very oily at first but absorbs well into the skin. I stirred it well before using because some of the oil was sitting on top of the cream when I opened it. The aroma is an intriguing combination of honey and tea tree oil even though there is no tea tree oil in it. Check out the ingredient list - chock full of good, natural things, 73% organic. I love this stuff already and will absolutely try some of NZ Fusion's other products!
Addendum:
Four days later and going strong. I've now used it all over my face as a night cream and it's the perfect mix of light moisture and medicinal healing for blemishes. This will be a great summertime night cream as my skin does not feel oily, despite the oil - just smooth and soft in the morning. It would be an outstanding daytime moisturizer as well although sometimes I need a bit more moisture when my skin is dry (as in wintertime). Who knew that for the very reasonable price of $14.95, my skin would respond so well to this cream? I'd happily fork over twice the $$ for such an outstanding product. I'll be first in line if NZ Fusion is ever inspired to manufacture a body lotion from Manuka Honey...hint hint ;-)

I was led to this cream due to an outbreak of MRSA on my chin. I had read about the benefits of manuka honey on wounds and had ordered the honey first and was using that on the wound. The wound cleared up and so I ordered this because it has the manuka honey (active umf) in it. I am hoping, since it has been shown to effectively kill the MRSA bacteria, it will act to fend off any MRSA that tries to find its way onto my face again! I have always had a history of acne since I was 15 (now 41 years old). So its only been 2 days of using this cream, and already I can see and feel the benefits. Pimples, impurities under the surface of the skin came to the surface quickly and were eradicated, instead of becoming larger and festering under the skin, which has been how it normally goes for me. Having taken accutane years ago, I have found my skin to be abnormally dry and still pimply. This is the best cream ever to remedy that. It acts as a great moisturizer. I did not find it to be too greasy. It absorbed into my skin beautifully and has started improving my complexion already. My make-up goes on easily over it and it makes your skin so, so soft. Having read the other reviews, I was a bit worried that it would be sticky, in light of the 1 review that said her cat's fur stuck to it, but it is not at all sticky if you ask me. Absorbs right into the skin and leaves you with a soft, nice complexion. I also think the smell is pleasant, not too strong. After only 2 days I am sold on this cream. Going to order another jar. Oh, and by the picture, I thought this would be a large jar, but its really not very big. It is too bad that it is kind of on the expensive side, but if you ask me, it is worth it. That's really the only down side..the expense. I believe you can save a buck or two ordering from Koru Naturals directly. I will see what develops over the next couple weeks with my skin and post again as to long-term benefits.
