I tried this honey recently because I have had issues with heartburn. It is the best thing so far for dealing with this problem. Tastes great and very hard to find a UMF 20 these days.

I love the ApiHealth Active Manuka Honey. It's the real thing at UMF 20+. Don't fall for the other so-called new ways of measuring it's activity level. UMF is the only proven Active Manuka measure. And this one is particularly delicious, too. Yes, it's expensive, but not as expensive as some others I've seen on here.

The photo looks like the regular size. It is only half of the regular size but more expensive than the regular size (500 grams). Be careful of that. Very expensive.
