 Ingredient list does not seem to tell the true storyMay 06, 2011

From the description on this Amazon page:
"Ingredients: Manuka honey, propolis, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon oil, vitamin C"
From the product label (shortened version):
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, honey (4.5%), water, propolis extract (2%), lemon oil, vitamin C.
I don't know about other parts of the world, but in the US, it's the law that the most prominent ingredient be listed first. So when buying this stuff, I thought I was buying something made mostly out of honey and propolis. The product label, if I understand this correctly, says the product is made mostly out of sugar and glucose syrup. Which, btw, is bad, bad, bad for teeth, worse than candy, because it's kept in the mouth so long. Why not use Stevia or sugar cane juice, a sweetener that seems to be good for teeth?
And which is the true ingredient list anyway?
I'll update the rating if the seller answers to my satisfaction. As it is, I am pretty confused.

Have you recently discovered Manuka Honey?!!! and it's
excellent health properties!!!!
Was so happy when i came across these lozenges on Amazon!!!
Have been shopping @ many health food stores; very hard to
find in stores/ which is sad during the cold & flu season.
My searching is finally over. I'll always know where to
buy these quality Manuka Honey Lozenges w/propolis! (unlike
those plain sugary mentholated drops) ugh.
