Koru Naturals Shipping Policies
We are commmited to prompt and cost-effective shipment. We ship to the USA, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, most Asian countries, and South Africa. Shipping rates are proportional to weight.
Please note the following policies:
1. Risk of loss: all items purchased from Koru Naturals are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. We assume no responsibiity for losses or delays of shipments. Insurance is not included on the shipping price quoted. If you are interested in obtaining insurance, please send us an email and we will explore options and send you a separate invoice.
2. Please note that generally we ship within 24 hr of receiving an order. If you need to communicate with us regarding an order that has not been shipped, please do so right after you place your order.
3. Canada customers: we have experienced random delays, probably due to Customs processing. These delays become more serious around Christmas. If your order is time-sensitive, please write to us to discuss options. We recommend Priority Mail for Canada so shipments can be traced.
4. Delivery of international orders may be delayed due to Customs processing time or local postal services. The estimated delivery times provided do not take these delays into account. Delays, if they occur, are beyond our control, and therefore we cannot assume responsibility.
5. Tracking is not available on International First Class Mail.
6. The maximum weight per order is 4.00 pounds (1.8 kg). |
